Nowadays it seems that many people have way too much on their plate. The resource that is time is really the most valuable resource available that many folks consisting of me as well wish we had more of. Maybe you can relate but speaking of myself usually every day I have a to do list which is fairly large and I get a lot done but I always wish I could do more. Then comes the time which I’m sure you can relate to that you feel just drained of energy. The only thing you really want to do is relax, sit in a comfortable chair turn on the television and not think or move. What I'm leading to is how a person can get more of the energy that everyone wants without experiencing a crash.

If you do have experience with energy drinks I know that I used to experience a crash afterwards. Probably cause there is a lot of sugar in them. Talking of energy drinks brings me to my next point when it comes to sugar which is there will usually be a crash meaning a person energy level will drop rapidly after a person consumes too much too quickly. Also I would like to discuss that unless there is lots of fiber when it comes to carbs you're going to experience a sugar rush because carbs are basically sugar. One of the most common reasons someone gets drained of energy as you can probably guess has to do with sleep. Sleep is very crucial because the process lets their system recharge, heal and store information. You will also feel the effects if you don't let your system get the amount of rest it really needs at night the next day you probably will be depleted of energy.

Another very common reason a person may not have enough energy has to do with dehydration. The reason why dehydration can contribute to less energy in a person is because it could mean that there is less oxygen in the blood stream. So instead of reaching for a energy drink or the remote control if you’re feeling a little bit lazy alternately reach for a big glass of water and see what that does. The last major reason a person may feel like they have zero energy as you can probably guess has to do with maybe they are sitting around too much and not moving around enough. As the famous saying goes objects in motion tend to stay in motion. What helps me if I am feeling slightly lethargic is going for a walk or stretching. An extra bonus would be to go for a walk outdoors in nature and breath in some clean air since I would imagine it would help.
